MINDER has been interfaced to the very popular QuickBooks accounting system. By means of a simple import procedure sales, banking, layby control account, etc. details for each store can be efficiently posted to the general ledger such that it is up-to-date on a daily basis.

If you offer account facilities to your customers, and use QuickBooks’s Customer facilities, you have the option of using MINDER / QuickBooks Customer interface. By means of a simple export procedure, details of your account customers are made known to each store’s POS system, and the account sales and payment transactions recorded at the Point-of-Sale are automatically posted to your QuickBooks Customer sub-ledger, and the associated control accounts in the general ledger.
