New reports, and upgrades to existing reports

  •  Detailed POS Sales report:

      - Now offers filtering on either Department (Story) or Item (Style).

      - If you have structured keys you can also use a wildcard characters (*) to filter data.

      - Now provides for filtering on the Miscellaneous Codes field (Wildcard characters (*) can be used.

      - Now provides for optional sequencing based on sales value or quantity.

  • Promotional Sales report:

     - Now has two additional filters:

     - Supplier

     - Merchandise key, e.g. Department (Story) or Item (Style)

   - Can now be output to Excel.

  • Inventory Monitoring report:

Now allows a Zone to be nominated. This allows you to control the stores that appear across the page, and the sequence in which they display. An option to print in Landscape format allows for zones with up to 19 stores.

  • Distribution Sales report:

Can now be optioned such that reporting of SKU sales will only occur if warehouse stock exists.

  • Inventory History report:

Now offers a Supplier filter.

 

The above upgrades and facilities are all Licence-free enhancements, and they will become available after your next general update.

General Upgrades

  • Freestanding ticket printing now has an option to print barcoded tickets for staff set up as salespersons in the POS control file maintenance.
  • A default barcode ticket format can now be set for each workstation. 
  • The 'Pass-for-payment' screen now has a graphical format.
  • The Apparel Stock Status Enquiry (garments) now has a graphical user interface. It allows you to view all colours for a Style at the one time.

     The above upgrades and facilities are all Licence-free enhancements, and they will become available after your next general update.

 

Re-ordering & Model Stock:

  •  A facility now exists that allows you to select multiple merchandising keys, e.g. Departments, Classes, Items, for the Warehouse & Store Reorder reports, and the Store Replenishment report.
  • The Build-sheet in the MINDER Supply Logistics facilities now allows maintenance of Re-order criteria. Also, cost and sell prices can be changed when Purchase Order Generate is used; changes only apply to the P/O generated (i.e. the reference prices on file are not changed).
  • The Re-order system now provides for additional reporting to monitor obsolete stock. Items that have been removed from the Re-order system can be monitored for clearance attention. Items that have never been reorderd can be monitored to check that they have not been missed, or that one-drop items are promoted/cleared when levels of stock/sales become low.
  • Warehouse 'Bin' locations can now be set and maintained in General File Maintenance, and can optionally be used to sequence the Store Replenishment report.
  • An option now exists to have the system automatically create Distribution batches for the merchandise included on a Store Replenishment report.
